Dear Christa:

I am emailing you after our phone conversation earlier this morning regarding Nox.
Here are a few facts about him:
Age: 4yrs
Sex: Male, neutered
Color: Black / Tan
Cropped: Yes
Docked: Yes
I am relocating for a job in July and unfortunately, after doing some research, have come to the sad realization that there is no way I will be able to afford a place that will allow large dogs or provide him the lifestyle that he needs and deserves.
Nox is a dog with so much love to give - how can I describe him.. Play with him for 5 minutes and your guaranteed a lifetime of devotion. He is completely housebroken - hasn't had an accident since he was under 1 year old. He can go a full work day without going out (on the occasion when I can't run home on my lunch break, he has gone 9 hours w/o going out).
He knows basic commands (come, sit, stay, lay down, no, off) and is good on a leash. He does not chew anything other than a rawhide bone after dinner or one of his numerous toys. He has been allowed on the furniture and to sleep in the bed. He loves to be outside lounging in the shade after playing fetch, but is pretty mellow in the house.
He likes to be wherever you are and doesn't stray when off the leash (unless of course a squirrel, rabbit or other interesting creature comes along).
He has socialized all his life with other dogs and is good with puppies although sometimes possessive over his toys.
He is uncomfortable around small children and would not do well in a house with kids under 5 or anyone planning to have children. He is great with men and women, however is a ladies man as women have been his primary care-givers.
